While I am so excited to see you again, I also know that the process of reopening and supporting local businesses feels pretty confusing right now. That’s why I wanted to take a minute to tell you what I’m planning.
I’ve spent these last few weeks figuring out the best process for cleaning, sanitizing and booking. Clients like you helped me build this business, so I want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable and relax the way you always have. With that in mind, if there’s anything you feel I’ve overlooked below, let’s talk! Send me an email!

Masks
You must wear a mask on your way in and out of your appointment and may remove it when you lay down for your facial. If you can, please bring a clean mask to wear after your service - I don't want to put a dirty one back on your fresh skin!
Appointment Times
Because social distancing applies and my space is limited, I’ve carefully scheduled my days to space out my clients and make time for thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Please plan on arriving no more than 5 minutes early and no more than 5 minutes late to your appointment.
Guests
Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment. The only extra people I can accommodate are parents of minor clients.
Cancellation Policy
If you have or have had a cough or fever within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me to cancel your appointment. If you wake up feeling sick on the day of your appointment, text me ASAP and I will waive the cancellation fee. Keeping yourself (and us all!) healthy is the most important thing.
If you do not contact me and do not show up for your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of your service.
Pricing
I am not changing my prices at this time. I am going to be closely monitoring my expenses as my cost of services is increasing.
Sanitation & Disinfection Considerations
Between appointments I will be cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and touch points. I have always done this in the treatment area but now will also be disinfecting the waiting area and bathroom.
All implements will be cleaned and disinfected between clients (I have always done this).
I use and am certified in the use of Lucas-cide Salon & Spa Hospital-grade Disinfectant (EPA Reg. Number: 10324-141-3974).
I will be wearing a face shield during treatments. I will use a new pair of gloves throughout each service (I have always done this).
